Sherry Madera - Managing Director  

A specialist Technology and Telecoms advisor, prior to co-founding Ionic Advisors Sherry led the EMEA M&A strategy and implementation for Wireless Facilities Inc. (WFII, NASDAQ). Previous to this, she managed the M&A practise at Interregnum plc (ITR, AIM) and focussed on mid-market trade sales and acquisitions with a special emphasis on cross-border transactions. Sherry holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Simon Bagnall - Director

As a professional analyst and strategist, prior to co-founding Ionic Advisors Simon worked in both external advisory roles and as a client-side advisor. These have included positions with the Wireless Facilities Inc. (WFII, NASDAQ) EMEA Strategic Advisory and M&A team, and as an analyst at Interregnum plc. (ITR, AIM), the technology and investment boutique. Simon holds an advanced degree in corporate finance law.

John Elsden - Chairman

John was previously Managing Director of Allied Business Systems after working with Trafalgar House for 22 years. Beginning in 1989, John has held numerous positions of non-executive and Chairman in growth technology firms and actively involved in the firms' capital raisings and exits via trade sale. John is a member of The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists, a Freeman of the City of London, and is on the 3i Independent Directors Program.

Rupert Wheeler - Non-Executive Director

Rupert has some 40 years experience in the computing field having held senior IT management positions in several large national and international companies, and was a founder member and director of Merlin Management Services. Rupert currently sits on the advisory panel to the Faculty of Technology of, and is a Member of Council for, Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College. Rupert also sits on the board for the Innovation Hub for hospitals in North Central London area, and has served on several committees of the British Computer Society over the past 30 years including the BCS Forum for senior IT Directors.
